2K HEADLIGHT CLEAR - Advanced UV-Resistant Formulation
2K Headlight Clear features Wise 2K® Technology, combining a polyurethane clear coat with a built-in hardener
for an ultra-strong, durable finish. The formula includes adhesion-promoting agents, allowing direct application to
headlights. This advanced coating is chip-resistant, UV-resistant, and restores yellowed or cloudy polycarbonate
headlights—improving both clarity and visibility. With an innovative unlimited pot life, there′s no need for mixing
or activation—simply use the entire can without worrying about premature hardening. The easy-to-apply formula
offers long-lasting protection against scratches, chemicals, and environmental damage.
SURFACE PREP: Clean headlights and surrounding area. Sand with 400 grit, then 600–800 grit. Wipe clean with
AV Anti-Static Solvent Cleaner with lint-free cloth.
APPLICATION: Shake can well. Spray 15–25 cm from surface in smooth, overlapping strokes. Apply 2 light
coats, finishing with a wet coat. Ideal temp: 18–25 °C. Wait 5 min between coats. Clear nozzle "upside down"
after use.
DRY TIME: Touch dry in 30min. (25 deg C)
SIZE: 400ml (Enough material to coat/ protect 20 x sets of Headlights)
NOTE: AV Line Anti Static Cleaner (best for polycarbonate headlight) - also available in Aerosol.
